At Plukon Maasmechelen, a major player in the European poultry meat market, the desire for an optimised filleting department and improvements to various transport solutions were high on the agenda. As a producer of chicken products and ready-to-eat meals for leading food partners, aiming for ultimate efficiency and quality was crucial.

Marvu Food Processing Equipment played an essential role in taking on this challenge. With a project size of 125 metres, several Marvu conveyors and systems, including Type 325, Type 280, and Type 360, were strategically positioned to optimise the conveying process and create integrated workstations. A dynamic belt scraper and adaptation of the existing conveyor system were seamlessly integrated to ensure a smooth product flow.
In collaboration with Plukon, Marvu developed a turnkey solution from layout design to complete delivery. The project included:

<li>Integrated workstations for trimming and packing</li>
<li>Supply and return conveying for different processes</li>
<li>Adaptation of existing crate transport</li>
<li>Optimisation of packaging and infeed transport systems</li>
